Mix the supplement once per day with food at meal time. If you’re feeding your cat with wet food, the supplememt will mix directly in. If you’re feeding your cat with dry food, you may want to add a bit of water to help it mix. When first starting to use, feed your cat half the recommended amount for one week before transitioning to the full amount indicated for your cat’s weight.

SeaweedIn terms of superfood, nothing beats seaweed! Long recognized for its extraordinary wealth of nutrients—including essential vitamins, trace minerals, antioxidants, omega fatty acids and prebiotic fibre—seaweed is the ultimate compliment to your pet’s diet. All species of seaweed have their own unique nutritional advantages, which is why our supplement includes seven (!) different seaweeds to maximize the goodness delivered to your pet. Our blend of dulse, nori, sea lettuce, wakame, kombu, longicruris and knotted wrack are all sustainably hand-harvested and sun-dried on the shores of the Canadian Atlantic
Probiotic (Bacillus coagulans) Just like in humans, the intestines of cats and dogs are filled with bacteria. And when healthy (aka, probiotic) bacteria abound, this means better overall health, including enhanced immunity. When it comes to your pet, there are lots of probiotics to choose from. But for our supplement blend, we wanted to include the best. That’s why we chose Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086—a probiotic strain whose safety, and benefits to digestive, immune, and overall health have been proven by more than 20 scientific studies.
Organic blueberry Not only do dogs love the taste, blueberries are a potent source of natural antioxidants known as anthocyanins. Among their many health benefits, anthocyanins have been found to have anti-inflammatory as well as anti-cancer activities. That’s good news for us, and for our doggies whose diets include blueberries
Turmeric Most commonly known as spice used in Asian cuisine, turmeric has also been used for over 4000 years by both Chinese and Ayurvedic medicines to combat a range of diseases. Among the various components of turmeric responsible for health benefits is curcumin. Curcumin is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that benefits the health of not only humans, but our cats and dogs, too!
Organic pumpkin An excellent source of soluble fibre, pumpkin is key to maintaining healthy digestion and firm bowel movements. By absorbing water, soluble fibre helps to “bulk” stool, thereby minimizing diarrhoea. (Something that no pet parent wants their cat, dog or themselves to deal with!)
Organic coconut flour has a lot going for it: it’s rich in fiber, protein and healthy fats. Among those healthy fats is the medium chain fatty acid, lauric acid. Medium chain fatty acids have the potential to reduce cholesterol and aid in weight loss, and lauric acid in particular has shown activity against certain pathogenic microbes.
Organic inulin is a natural fiber made by many plants – including agave, featured above. But it isn’t just any fiber; it’s a prebiotic fiber. Prebiotics work synergistically with probiotics by serving as food for good bacteria while inhibiting the growth of certain bad bacteria. And if that’s not enough, prebiotics have also been shown to help lower cholesterol, making inulin a heart-healthy addition to your pet’s diet.
Organic cranberry A source of antioxidants and vitamins E, K and C, cranberry also helps to support the urinary health of our feline companions.
Organic wheatgrass Most pet parents can attest to their pets munching on the occasional plant or blade of grass. But in addition to our pets enjoying it, wheatgrass is important for another reason—it’s an excellent source of chlorophyll.
