Ticks are small, blood-sucking arthropods often found in grassy areas such as woodlands and dunes and can carry diseases such as Lyme Borreliosis (Lyme disease) and tick-borne encephalitis, which is generally only an issue in parts of Europe & Asia.

Tick Tweezer is a lightweight tick pen specially designed to grip a tick firmly while not ripping it apart.

Position the grippers around the tick, getting as close to the skin as possible, twist smoothly and evenly in the direction of the arrow engraved on the tweezers until the tick detaches from the skin. Do Not Pull!

Disinfect the tweezer after use. Should reddening or swelling occur at the site of the tick bite, or should you become aware of any other change in your animal, please consult a veterinary physician immediately.
