Let's P L A Y ! | Enrichment

Toys are actually important to your dog's development. We seem to know that instinctively, because one of the first things we do when we get a dog is go buy them a toy! Toys provide our dogs with mental and physical stimulation. If they are bored, they will reach for their toy.

Enrichment toys can enhance your pup's ability to learn, helping them develop new skills. It also promotes their natural behaviours such as foraging, exploring and playing. Toys can help your dogs relax, making them happier. Playing is a rewarding experience for them which counteracts the effects of stress.

Mental stimulation enriches our dogs lives by giving them something meaningful and challenging to do. And because these activities alleviate boredom they decrease the likelihood of our dogs developing behavioral issues such as excessive chewing or barking.

A dog's day needs to involve activities that make them think, work out the world and their surroundings. Both physical and mental stimulation creates and well-rounded being. So using the average of 20% a day as an activity we are looking at at least 2 hours of physical and mental interaction and stimulation with you.

So, let's start playing !
